Work principle of HIPRUN
The coolant is going through the gear pump and get compressed here. Afterwords passed by valves and tubes directly to cutting edge.
Our nozzles have different diameters. Exact adjustments of coolant jet is easy and precise.

How works HIPRUN Pump?
Our High Pressure Pumps demand the coolant from the Machine tank.
With 150 micron prefiltration we remove the big dirt from the coolant.
After the main filtration of 5 Micron the coolant is passed through a cooler to main pump tank.
From here, the coolant is passed to the gear pump. After the high pressure generation the coolant is passed to the necessary places into the machine again.
With flexible nozzles the high pressure coolant jet can be adjusted precisly.
Our nozzles have the following diameters: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0mm
